1. Introduction

Welcome to RA-Works AI & Web Consultancy Agency ("RA-Works," "we," "us," or "our"), the operating trade name of Level One Investors, Inc., a California S-Corporation, founded and operated by Rashad DuPaty. A "doing business as" (DBA) registration for RA-Works is currently in process; until completed, RA-Works operates as a brand of Level One Investors, Inc., which is the contracting party for all services described in these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including Consultations, Repairs (Audit & Repair engagements), Builds (one-time build projects), and subscription plans. By accessing or using our website, or by booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Level One Investors, Inc. (operating as RA-Works AI & Web Consultancy Agency) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Consultation & Repair Deliverables: Written recommendations, audit findings, and consultation summaries prepared for a client are licensed to that client for their own internal business use upon full payment. RA-Works retains ownership of the underlying methodology, frameworks, and general know-how used to produce them, and may reuse that methodology for other clients.

Case Study Use: RA-Works may reference anonymized, non-identifying findings or outcomes from a Consultation or Audit & Repair engagement for portfolio or marketing purposes (e.g., "a client in [industry] reduced manual data entry by X hours/week"). No client name, business name, or identifying detail will be used without the client's separate written consent.

3. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use the website in a way that could damage or overburden our servers
• Copy or reproduce any part of the website without our permission

4. Limitation of Liability

This website, its content, and all services described on it — including Consultations and Repairs — are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

Advisory Services: Recommendations, findings, and guidance provided through Consultations or Audit & Repair engagements are based solely on the information made available by the client at the time of the engagement, are advisory in nature, and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular business outcome. RA-Works is not liable for decisions made, or actions taken or not taken, by the client based on this advice, nor for pre-existing issues in a client's systems that are outside the agreed scope of an audit.

RA-Works shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or any service described herein, beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6. Refund Policy

All services are provided on a non-refundable basis once work has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we are committed to client satisfaction.

• Consultations: Non-refundable once the session has been delivered. Instead, if a Build project is initiated within 90 days of the Consultation, 100% of the Consultation fee is credited toward the total Build fee as a line-item deduction (not issued as a cash refund). If no Build project is initiated within that window, the fee is retained in full. A full refund or free reschedule is available if the session itself is canceled at least 24 hours before it's scheduled.
• Audit & Repair: Fully refundable if canceled before the audit begins. Non-refundable once the diagnostic review has commenced, as the assessment work has been performed at that point.
• Subscription plans: You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period.
• One-time payments (builds): A 50% refund may be issued if requested within 48 hours of payment, provided no work has commenced.
• Custom projects: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ra-works.net with detailed reasoning.

7. Dispute Policy

In the event of a dispute regarding our services, we are committed to finding a fair and reasonable resolution.

• All disputes must be communicated in writing to support@ra-works.net within 14 days of the incident.
• We will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• If we cannot reach a mutual agreement, we may suggest mediation through a neutral third party.

8. Cancellation Policy

We understand that project needs can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

• Consultations: May be rescheduled or canceled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit the full fee. Once delivered, the fee follows the crediting terms in Section 6 rather than a standard cancellation.
• Repairs: May be canceled for a full refund any time before the audit begins. Once the diagnostic review has commenced, the engagement is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
• Subscription services: You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
• One-time projects (builds): Cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress of the project:
• Before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• After initial design approval: 50% of the total project fee
• After final development begins: No refund available

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@ra-works.net.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
