This Commerce Disclosure ("Disclosure") outlines important information about commercial transactions conducted through RA-Works AI & Web Consultancy Agency ("RA-Works," "we," "us," or "our"). This Disclosure is designed to provide transparency regarding our business practices and to inform you of your rights as a consumer.

2. Service Provider Information

All services are provided by RA-Works AI & Web Consultancy Agency, the operating trade name of Level One Investors, Inc., a California S-Corporation, founded and operated by Rashad DuPaty. A "doing business as" (DBA) registration for RA-Works is currently in process; until completed, RA-Works operates as a brand of Level One Investors, Inc.

We offer a comprehensive range of service packages designed to accommodate diverse business requirements and objectives. All prices are presented with complete transparency, and our fee structure is designed to deliver exceptional value while maintaining the highest standards of quality. All prices are tax-inclusive.

Consultations

For businesses that want expert input before committing to a larger build.

If you move forward with a Build within 90 days of your Consultation, 100% of the Consultation fee is credited toward your Build project. If you do not move forward, the Consultation fee is retained in full.

Consultations are standalone, one-time engagements. They do not include ongoing support, hosting, or monthly maintenance — see Builds below for managed solutions.

4. Payment & Period

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Payment is typically required in advance for all services, with specific payment schedules outlined in individual project contracts.

Payment Structure

Our transparent payment structure is designed to facilitate seamless collaboration and ensure mutual accountability throughout the project lifecycle:

Consultations

• Payment is collected in full at the time of booking.
• If a Build project is initiated within 90 days of the Consultation, 100% of the Consultation fee is credited toward the total Build fee. This credit is applied as a line-item deduction on the Build invoice and is not issued as a cash refund.
• If no Build project is initiated within 90 days, the Consultation fee is retained in full and is non-refundable.

Repairs

• Payment is collected in full at the time of booking.
• Repair engagements outside the standard scope will be quoted and confirmed in writing before any additional charge is applied.

One-Time Projects

• An initial payment of 50% of the total project fee is required upon approval of the preliminary design concept to initiate development.
• The remaining balance of 50% becomes due upon successful project completion and prior to the final handover of deliverables.

Subscription-Based Services

• The first payment is processed upon agreement of the initial design and scope of services.
• Subsequent recurring payments are automatically processed on the 1st day of each month for the duration of the subscription.
• All subscription plans are subject to the terms outlined in the client's service agreement.

All payment terms, milestone deliverables, and service specifications are comprehensively documented in your personalized service agreement. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial transactions in accordance with industry best practices.

5. Additional Fees

There are no additional fees beyond those explicitly stated on our website and in your service agreement. We are committed to full pricing transparency, and you will never be charged for:

• Initial consultations
• Standard project management
• Regular communication about your project

Any potential additional costs that might arise during project development due to changes in scope or requirements — including scope discovered during an Audit & Repair engagement — will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before implementation.

6. Service Delivery

Services are delivered according to the agreed-upon schedule specified in your contract. Typical delivery timelines include:

• Consultation: Scheduled within 24–48 hours of booking
• Audit & Repair: 3–5 business days from scope confirmation
• Small projects: 10–14 days
• Medium projects: 14–21 days
• Large projects: 21–28 days

Exact delivery schedules will be provided in writing at the commencement of each engagement.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Consultations: Non-refundable once the session has been delivered — instead, the fee is either credited in full toward a Build initiated within 90 days, or retained if no Build is initiated. If canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session, a full refund or free reschedule is available.
• Repairs: Fully refundable if canceled before the audit begins. Non-refundable once the diagnostic review has commenced, as the assessment work has been performed at that point.
• Subscription plans: You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period.
• One-time projects (builds): A 50% refund may be issued if requested within 48 hours of payment, provided no work has commenced.
• Custom projects: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Exchange & Returns Policy

As a web development, design, and advisory service provider, our exchanges and returns policy is structured to accommodate the custom nature of our work:

• Consultations & Repairs: Both are one-time deliverables rather than iterative work. Repair engagements include one follow-up clarification round to answer questions about the findings; this is not a revision of the deliverable itself.
• Revision Policy (Builds): Each build project includes a predetermined number of revision rounds as specified in your contract.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We work with you until you're satisfied with the deliverables, within the scope outlined in our agreement.
• Design Exchanges: If you're unsatisfied with initial design concepts, we offer alternative options within the first revision round at no extra cost.
• Code & Functionality: Any features that don't function as specified in the requirements will be fixed at no additional charge.

Digital products and completed services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind our work and will address any issues according to the terms in your service agreement.

9. Affiliate Relationships

We may occasionally recommend third-party products or services. In some cases, we may receive a commission if you purchase through our referral links. All such affiliate relationships are disclosed as follows:

• Hosting providers: We may earn a commission on hosting plans purchased through our referral links.
• Premium themes and plugins: We may receive a percentage of sales made through our affiliate links.
• Third-party tools: We may be compensated for referring customers to specific software services.

These affiliate relationships do not affect the prices you pay, but they help support our business.

10. Warranties & Guarantees

We provide the following warranties and guarantees for our services:

• 30-day technical support period following project completion
• Bug fixes for issues related to original project scope at no additional cost for 90 days
• Website performance guarantee: We ensure your website loads in under 3 seconds on standard connections
• Consultations & Repairs: Both are advisory in nature. Recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the engagement; implementation of any recommendation is at the client's discretion and responsibility.

Additional warranties may be specified in individual contracts based on project requirements.

11. Data Collection and Privacy

When you engage our services, we collect certain personal and business information necessary to fulfill your request. This may include:

• Contact information (name, email, phone number)
• Billing information
• Project requirements and preferences
• For Consultations and Repairs, information about your existing systems or workflows shared for the purpose of the audit or consultation

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding our services, we are committed to finding a fair and reasonable resolution.

• All disputes must be communicated in writing to support@ra-works.net within 14 days of the incident.
• We will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• If we cannot reach a mutual agreement, we may suggest mediation through a neutral third party.
